Namely, in the everyday circumstances of our existence and our own experiences, emotions and states, but also in our interactions with other people and in the spaces we pass through, we can generate various negative energies, or pick them up from others or from the space. It is therefore very important to regularly take care of the energy hygiene of both our own aura and space.
So we have recorded a lot of videos on how you can do it yourself. This is an introductory video that invites you to pay attention to it and to do it regularly because you will feel progress and improvement. Because negative pollution can have a very negative effect on your mood, on a drop in energy, on a feeling of exhaustion, on unexplained fatigue and on the quality of life in general. Therefore, we invite you to watch these videos and apply those methods.
The best method for energy hygiene
Of course, the best of all methods, the most effective, the one that goes the deepest or penetrates the most is Reiki. So, Reiki energy technique. Therefore, we invite you to consider learning Reiki if you don't already have it. It is very easy to master, anyone can do it, there are no obstacles. No faith is required, nothing is required of you except the desire to simply learn, here is an auxiliary method of dealing with energy with which you can help yourself in many areas of life, including in the energetic cleansing of yourself, your aura, objects and space, and in energy hygiene in general.
Energy hygiene for more severe attacks
Of course, there are those more serious pollutions that we already call spells, or ethereal parasites, or various presences in space, or even black magic. There's more to it than we might think. I didn't believe in it that much before either until we met, Sasho and I, simply through clients. how does it work i how much is there. So regular energetic hygiene can protect you from doing that. It can help you with milder spells, with milder energy attacks of some kind, some parasites or entities that, well, come and haven't taken hold yet, it can prevent you.
