QUICK PROPERTY SALE
Removal of blockages and energy support for successful sales within 4 months
When the price of your property and the ad are fine, and sales are stagnant, the cause is most often energy barriers and attachments. Our work is focused on removing these invisible obstacles, and then on energizing the space. This makes the real estate attractive to the right buyer and the sales process runs smoothly and quickly.
Our approach is thorough and encompasses several key steps in working on a property:
- Energy analysis and space cleaning: We identify the exact causes of downtime and remove accumulated negative records, traces of past tenants, and other energetic states, which subconsciously repel buyers.
- Breaking the attachment to an object: We release the energy connections between the property and the owner (living and deceased), which is a key prerequisite for handing over the space to the new owner.
- Energy support and ad optimization: We focus our energy on making sales and attracting the ideal customer, and we help you craft the best ad text and select photos.
The approach is comprehensive and intended for owners who want a professional solution for a faster and more successful sale of their apartment, house or business premises.
